Freight Items

F.O.B. Shipping Point. Unless requested otherwise, freight will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Some items require special handling charges.


Minimum Charge

$25 per order for open account billing.


Payment Terms

Open account terms are net 30 days with approved credit. Past due balances will be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month until paid. Open account terms will be suspended for accounts in arrears. Major Credit Cards Accepted, except American Express.


Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt, unless item is out of stock. Shipping information for any back order will be based on the best information available at that time. Most orders of items in stock will ship same day.


Blanket Orders

Blanket Orders are guaranteed to be in stock at all times. If the product quantity is not in stock at the agreed upon quantity for a particular delivery date then the in-stock quantity will be shipped immediately. The out of stock quantity will be shipped at the earliest available time and the price on that remaining out-of-stock quantity will be discounted by 50% of the original price and FabTech Supply will pay any additional shipping charge.


Product Returns

Standard stock items can be returned for full credit if request is made within 30 days of sale. Restocking charges will apply on returns after that period of time. Return freight will be the responsibility of the purchaser. If the merchandise return is the result of a failure on the part of FabTech Supply, then the warranty provisions will apply. No Returns of Special Order Parts.


Shortages

Shortage claims must be made within ten days of receipt of the products. Please inspect products promptly.


Freight Claims

Shipments are made F.O.B. Shipping Point. Therefore, the responsibility for reporting shipping damage and filing the appropriate claims will be the purchaser’s responsibility. Please check all fright for damage before signing for receipt. FabTech Supply will actively assist in pursuing any claim.


Taxes

All sales, use, excise and like taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.


Warranties

On products purchased for resale from other manufacturers, warranty is limited to the manufacturer’s warranty. On all other products, FabTech warrants them to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

As the sole remedy of the original purchaser, FabTech will, without charge, repair or replace, at its warehouse in Jacksonville, Florida, products found to be defective in materials or workman- ship, within the period set forth above, or at its option, refund the purchase price, provided that:

  • The products have not been subject to abuse, neglect, accident or improper installation or servicing.
  • As to any prior defects in materials or workmanship covered by this warranty, the products have not been repaired, disassembled or altered by anyone except FabTech or FabTech’s representative.
  • FabTech does not assume the cost of removal and/or installation of the products or any other incidental costs which may arise as the result of any defect in materials and workmanship.
